    • The Property's HVAC system also includes: (1) 450 ton chiller, (1) 425 ton chiller,(1) 2-stage cooling tower that provides the
      chilled water to the penthouse units and (3) boilers that provide hot water to the heating coils through-out the building. Supply risers are ducted with medium pressure distributed to the perimeter VAV unit terminals, which are furnished with heating coils and room thermostats for temperature control.
    • Note: One of the roof-top units; an 80 ton chiller; is dedicated to the 4th and 5th floors.
